In Photography I class during my sophomore year of college, I was tasked with creating a series of photos that emulated the work of a photographer I was inspired by.
I chose Richard Koci Hernandez, a huge proponent of "mobile photography." These photos are a result of spending a day in Chicago shooting the sights around me. All six photographs work together as a narrative, chronicling the man in the bowler hat's (my father) journey through the city of Chicago.
